Cold wave + epidemic, northern timber transportation may be affected

This year, the epidemic has continued to counterattack. From 00:00 on November 30th to 24:00, the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region reported no new suspected cases and 91 newly confirmed local cases. Recently, my country ushered in the fourth round of cold wave in 2021. The local temperature in the northeast and other places has dropped by more than 10°C, accompanied by blizzards or heavy snowstorms; severe weather caused by the cold wave and the impact of the epidemic may have a certain impact on production and transportation in many places.

　　 The Erlianhot port, an important city on the northern border, has suspended railway transportation indefinitely from November 28. This means that the port suspends the import and access of non-containerized coal, oil and other goods (including other categories that require manual loading and unloading of goods).

　　 Inner Mongolia also announced on November 27 that flights, trains, and long-distance buses in Manzhouli will be completely suspended, and traffic control will be implemented at all entrances and exits in the city. Except for medical security and material transportation personnel, other personnel are strictly prohibited from going out.

　　 Many expressways in Jilin and Heilongjiang were closed due to heavy snow.

 今年疫情不断反扑，11月30日0—24时，内蒙古自治区报告无新增疑似病例，新增本土确诊病例91例，另外近日我国迎来了2021年的第四轮寒潮。东北等地局部降温超过10℃，且伴随暴雪或特大暴雪；寒潮引起的恶劣天气以及疫情的影响，对多地生产运输或造成一定的影响。
　　北方边境重要城市二连浩特口岸已经于11月28日起无限期暂停铁路运输业务。这意味着该口岸暂停进口及接入非集装箱煤炭、石油等货物(包括其他品类需要人工装卸货物)。
　　内蒙古也于11月27日宣布，满洲里航班、火车、长途汽车等全面停航停运，各出入城卡口均实行交通管制，除医疗保障、物质输送人员外，其余人员严禁外出。
　　吉林、黑龙江因大雪造成多地高速公路封闭。
