Q What is your usual delivery time?
A Lead time is confirmed after the product specification, quantity, packaging and destination are agreed. Samples are usually prepared within 7–14 days; production is often 20–35 days after deposit and sample or artwork approval. Timing varies by product, raw-material availability and shipping schedule. Send your required item, specifications, quantity and destination for a confirmed lead time.

Q What payment terms do you accept?
A Payment terms are agreed according to product, order value, destination and buyer history. For many orders, T/T with a deposit and balance against shipping documents is available; L/C at sight may be considered for qualifying orders. Send the product, quantity, destination and company details so we can confirm suitable payment terms in the quotation or proforma invoice.

Q Can you provide samples?
A Small samples may be supplied for product evaluation, subject to availability. Freight, courier charges and any special cutting or preparation cost are confirmed before dispatch. Send the product, species or grade, size or thickness, destination and courier account if available; we will confirm the sample arrangement.

Q Do you conduct pre-shipment inspection?
A We carry out pre-shipment checks according to the product and agreed requirements. For veneer and plywood, checks can cover species, cut, dimensions, thickness, moisture, grade, visible defects, colour consistency, packing, labels and quantity. For LVL and grinding wheels, checks can cover dimensions, profile or bore, surface condition, packaging and order-specific requirements. Confirm acceptance criteria before production; third-party inspection can be arranged when required.

A 20000 PCS per day for daily products output for small inch flap disc, 30 cmb wood veneers per day.

Q What package do you use? accept OEM order?
A We usually packing as shrink + neutral inner box + standard export carton, we also accept OEM order, label and package as customers' requirements.

A FSC-certified material may be available for selected species, products and orders. Availability, certificate scope, claim type, chain-of-custody details and document requirements must be confirmed before quotation and order placement.
