UV-coated full birch plywood combines a birch-veneer core construction with a factory-applied UV-cured surface finish. “Full birch” should be verified from the panel edge, construction specification or approved sample; it should not be inferred from the face alone. Buyers should confirm face and back grade, core gaps and repairs, veneer thickness, panel thickness tolerance, adhesive and bonding class, moisture content, coating build and gloss, adhesion and scratch performance, machining quality, emission requirements, certification scope and protective packaging. “Baltic birch” should be used only when origin and product definition are documented; UV coating alone does not make a panel exterior-grade, waterproof, food-safe or certified.
