Can you produce slats to fit specific slat holders or caps?
Yes. We cut to precise width tolerances so slats fit snugly in standard plastic slat holders and caps — preventing lateral movement and eliminating creaking noise in the finished bed frame.
What curvature radiuses are available?
Our standard molds produce R4000 and R8000 arches. We can also adjust the mold to any custom camber level — a lower radius gives softer flex, a higher radius delivers firmer support. Specify your target firmness rating and we'll recommend the right curve.
Is your adhesive safe for the European market?
Absolutely. We use E1 and E0 glue exclusively, complying with European indoor air quality standards for formaldehyde emissions. Test reports are available on request for import and retail compliance documentation.
Do you supply full-size LVL boards for in-house cutting?
Yes. Raw full-sheet boards are available in 1220×2440mm, 915×1830mm, and 915×2135mm sizes. Ideal for manufacturers who prefer to cut and finish slats on their own production lines.
What surface finishes can be applied?
We offer five standard finishes: natural sanded, clear lacquer, resin-coated (burlywood or bleached), and foil paper wrapped. Custom finishes for upholstered or hidden-slat frames are also available.
