Engineered for perfect consistency — uniform white tone, straight even grain, knot-free Grade A surface. The smart choice wherever natural wood variation is a problem to be solved.

The Product
Reconstituted veneer — also called engineered veneer or recon veneer — is manufactured rather than simply cut from a log. Wood fibres are peeled, processed, dyed to a precise target colour, laminated into a block, and then sliced to produce veneer sheets with a consistent, repeatable appearance.
The result eliminates the natural variation inherent in any real wood veneer — colour differences between sheets, grain irregularities, occasional defects — while preserving the look and feel of real wood. For production operations requiring hundreds or thousands of panels with identical appearance, recon veneer solves the matching problem that natural veneer creates.
Base wood is selected, peeled, and processed to remove natural colour variation and defects.
The wood is dyed to the target colour — in this case, white — ensuring uniform colour penetration throughout the material.
Dyed wood sheets are laminated together under heat and pressure to form a solid engineered block with a precise grain orientation.
The block is sliced to produce veneer sheets — each with a straight, uniform, controlled grain pattern. Every sheet from the block is nearly identical.

Key Features
Consistent white colour and straight even grain across every sheet — no knots, no discolouration, no colour drift between panels. Grade A guarantees a perfectly clean surface.
Because the veneer is manufactured rather than cut from natural logs, every sheet in a production run matches every other. Eliminates colour-matching issues on large furniture batches.
Flat, smooth surface adheres reliably to plywood, MDF, blockboard, and other substrates. Consistent thickness (±0.03mm) ensures even glue-line performance across automated lamination.
Designed for indoor air quality — low formaldehyde emission levels make this veneer safe for residential furniture, school interiors, and hospitality environments.
±0.03mm tolerance across the full 0.15mm to 0.9mm thickness range — essential for consistent press results and even finish quality across production runs.
The white surface accepts paint, lacquer, stain (for tinted effects), and UV coating. The uniform tone provides the cleanest possible base for paint-grade applications.
Grade Selection
Both grades share the same uniform white colour and recon manufacturing process. Grade determines the permitted level of surface character.

Applications
Tables, cabinets, shelving, and wardrobes requiring a clean, consistent white surface across large production runs — no colour-matching issues between components.
Wall panels, ceiling boards, and decorative surfaces in homes, hotels, restaurants, and commercial spaces where a uniform white aesthetic is specified.
Decorative top layer for plywood, MDF, and blockboard — used in furniture components, door blanks, and general panel production across the furniture industry.
Interior door skins requiring a consistent, paint-ready or lacquer-ready white surface — the uniform Grade A face eliminates grain show-through under opaque finishes.
Decorative top layer for engineered flooring where a white or light-toned uniform surface is required across the full floor installation.
Hotels, restaurants, retail interiors, and offices where large quantities of panels must match perfectly and be installed quickly without individual colour selection.
Sheet Sizes
Six standard sizes cover the full range of production requirements. Large-format 6'×10' sheets eliminate seam lines on full-height wall panels and oversized furniture.
